We will be having a hybrid meeting at SMCC.


  • Please register if you are planning TO EAT at SMCC so we can let them know the number of people. You will pay SMCC directly for your meal. BTW, you can find informaton about dining and the menu here.
  • You do not need to register to attend without eating.
  • Dinner time is anytime after 5:45 pm. Plan to arrive by 6 to allow enough time to eat and move to the meeting room.
  • Cost is $13, cash, debit, or credit card.
  • You will need to wear a mask until you are at the table eating.


  • The hybrid meeting will begin at 6:30 pm in Preble Hall, room #107.
  • Please avoid bringing dinner into the meeting room.
  • If you do bring anything in, please remove the trash, cans are outside the building.
Covid Safety
Our meetings at SMCC will follow the college's protocol for safety which mirror federal and state guidelines.
  • Mask at all times inside all SMCC buildings. The only exception is when eating in the dining hall.
  • All people who are on campus for meetings, work and dining must be fully vaccinated.
  • To enter the dining room you must show proof of your COVID-19  vaccination. You can show your vaccination card or a photo of it from your smartphone.
  • Once the SMCC staff get to know us they will stop asking for proof but until then be prepared to show it.
  • SMCC also requests  a copy of everyone's card.  If  a member is not vaccinated they will only be able to meet remotely.
