Thank You Luncheon for Cape Elizabeth Public Works

 
Club members served lunch to Town of Cape Elizabeth Public Works staff to thank them for all they do - year 'round - to serve our community.
 
 
 
 
 
On May 12 we were happy to honor and thank the public works crews in Cape Elizabeth for their service to our community.  The department is responsible for a wide range of summer and winter responsibilities, from road maintenance to operation of the Recycling Center to all maintenance of all municipal and school grounds, including small cemeteries and parks. 
 
 
Town Council Chair Molly MacAuslan joined us in our praise of their work, and mentioned the importance of everyone who contributes to the effort behind the scenes. 
 
 
Additional photos of the event showed a lot of happy faces and smiles all around.  Nobody went back to work hungry!
